Before focusing on mortgage origination, I worked as a senior mortgage underwriter. That experience taught me how lenders evaluate income, assets, credit, property and risk—and how seemingly small details can sometimes determine whether a loan works.
Today, I use that perspective to identify potential issues early, evaluate different ways to structure a loan, and help borrowers understand not only what their options are, but why.
